Like another Yelper we have an issue with the quality of the work done by Mystic Landscapes in our new build home. They do not stand behind their work. When I contacted them about an issue with our irrigation they said they would have someone call to schedule and appointment. They never called and when I contacted them again I was told we were not in warranty any longer. They seem to be the company of choice for new builds in Surprise, AZ but do not do quality work because I guess they figure they are getting paid whether or not they do a quality job. There suggestion was to have a landscaper fix it and it won't cost that much because it is a "basic" irrigation system. What I say to that is this, if you can't do a quality job on a basic system imagine how inept the work must be on a advanced irrigation system.

Mystic Landscapes were hired by Lennar Builders to install a bench and firepit as part of the backyard option. The design was horrible and the workmanship worse. The bench was so high that an average height person's feet couldn't touch the ground. Within 3 weeks of moving into the house, we noticed that the cement coating had cracked in several places. It took over a year for them to come back to resurface the bench and fire pit only to have it crack again!!! They left a mess around the bench and didn't come back for months to clean it up. Neither the builder or Mystic wanted to take responsibility for the job even though it cost $10,000.00 for the back yard option. I would never recommend this company to do any work.

FYI. Don't go searching for their location on their website.You won't find it so if you got any issues your out of luck .Leads you to a round about. And the owner will make 0 efforts in solving any issue won't even answer phone calls.
