“A friend told me about skinDefined and Susan, the owner. I had a facial today. The experience far exceeded my expectations! Susan is so personable and knowledgeable. I am 71 years old, have abused the sun and have been pretty lazy when it came to my face and skincare. I thought nothing could be done to help except a face lift and I won't go to that extreme. Susan assures me that I am not hopeless and with a little effort there will be a big improvement. I have already seen a noticeable difference with just one facial. “You will get results here. My acne came back HARD one day and it was extremely painful and itchy. I had seen a dermatologist and they gave me antibiotics but they didn't work. I was on the verge of taking accutane but lots of my friends and family members told me to try a chemical peel first. So I did. FYI the peels are a bit intense depending on tolerance but I noticed results on the first application. It reduced the itchiness on my skin dramatically. It took me multiple treatments to get where I'm at but it was 100% worth it. Phoenix laser got rid of my pain and I'm very thankful for them. Currently dealing with a little scarring but they offer great service for that too.“
