“We were Not aware the vision center was bought out by Walmart. I was a little reluctant as we have been going to this location for years. I want to start by saying the Dr. Vanessa Cabrera-Fossatti, is such an amazing professional. She cares about her patients, and is very thorough, I take my entire family to this location as she is passionate about the work she does by explaining everything to you in a way you understand. I will say this is one of the biggest reasons that we will continue going to this location for years. This amazing service does not end with the Dr. Let's talk about the faces that greet you at the front end. Betty and ADA, Amazing customer service and helpful, since this transition the insurance changed a little and they helped explain what is covered answering all our questions, and we had a lot. It is always hard to deal with change especially from the customer standpoint, but they made it so seamless by being prepared and making it such a great experience. I have Avesis and Eyemed under UNUM and both covered vision carriers. Ladies Kudos on helping me and my family be able to see and all your feedback and explanation on the prescriptions. “The VA sent me here for a 3rd party eye exam. The ladies up front were courteous. The examiner was nice and didn’t mind answering all my questions. Dr. Sarwar was to the point and thorough, even going the extra mile and providing me an eye photo, which as a homeless vet I really couldn’t afford. The photo revealed an issue that I can inform my primary physician about and address it. She really didn’t stick around long enough for me to thank her properly, was off to the next patient, so thank you Dr.Sarwar!“
