Aguila Golf Course offers beautiful mountain and golf course views. It is a well-maintained Phoenix city course with fast greens and reasonable prices. The course features a lake with shaded areas and a walking path, making it a great spot for fishing and enjoying nature. Aguila is a popular choice, known for its excellent Panks design and friendly staff. The course has a challenging layout with scenic mountain views, and three lakes come into play on five holes. Continuous cart paths and four sets of tees provide options for all levels of golfers. The Nest restaurant serves good food, and the Aguila Pro Shop is a full-service facility offering apparel, shoes, clubs, rental clubs, golf bags, and golf accessories for men and women. While the course was in good shape overall, some light patchy areas in the tee boxes and fairways were noted, but the greens were in fantastic shape. Playing time can be longer, with some days taking over four hours for 16 holes, especially when the pace of play slows down. The course offers good practice facilities and requires some strategy on certain holes, adding to the fun and challenge for golfers.
