We had Monti and his crew out here to replace an aging asphalt shingle roof with a metal roof and energy foam a large out building. He was professional from the git go. The quote was as fair as he was bidding against two other contractors. I picked Monti's bid because he addressed ALL issues in the bid. Some contractors leave some items out to be the lowest bid and then hit you with "extras" when the job is complete. No so with Monti. Due to the backlog of work our job was scheduled 3 months out and was started and completed on the promised date, a rare occurrence in this day and age.Now I want to put in a word about the prep crew who made the old roof disappear. I have never in my 40 years working as a construction Engineer see a crew as compete and neat at this group. When they finished, I couldn't find one tarpaper scrap or roofing nail when I ran over the work area with my wheeled magnet. Like it never happened!All working craftsmen will never drop a job they're working on to quote a job they might never get. From my first contact with Energy Roofers it took 10 working days to get a bid, so if you want a bid from a professional craftsman, not a salesman, plan ahead and be patient.Service: Roof installation“
