My air con finally was installed by sunshine but most of the time taken to install was due to my warranty company, Old Republic. They first said they would install only the roof part. Sunshine then gave an estimate charging me full retail or more for the exchanger while charging Old Republic, seemingly, wholesale for the part with no charge for install for the roof condensor. I was paying much more than Old Republic. I complained to BBB etc. and Old Republic then OR decided to pay for the entire aircon system minus 800. The guys for Sunshine do a good job installing.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Amy and Foster were amazing. I called on a Saturday and they had someone at my door within a few hours. Unfortunately they needed to order a part from the manufacturer. Amy went over and beyond following the tracking and had Foster back out to my house the moment the part delivered! I highly recommend Sunshine Air Conditioning!
The best. They made me an appointment immediately, came the very next day. The young man Foster is on top of his game and I believe went above the call of duty. Very happy and grateful. Will definitely recommend and call for future needs ?
