Noticed water had been continuously draining from the overflow tube on my rented water softener for a couple of days. Contacted local Rayne business office and a technician arrived within two hours. Technician Ed quickly determined the problem and swapped out the unit. New unit up and running within 30 minutes. Really appreciate the great service and response time from the Lake Havasu City Rayne office and service staff. Thanks.
