My husband and I had a very good experience, the staff were all so helpful even when it was a tough day technically. They remained professional and positive and my husband and I received a thorough eye exam. During selection time everyone was so helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Mine and my daughter's review would be for Jackie. Jackie is awesome just needed help for my daughter who is very hesitant about picking the new pair of glasses she got her to pick some glasses very friendly very helpful. We end coming at the wrong time a hour early but she worked us and got us out of there before our original appointment time . Jackie your freaking awesome amazing customer service skills. she should be a manager at least a assistant manager Thanks for all your help Jackie!!!

Fast and efficient and store is clean. Friendly staff and good prices for glasses.I have been taking my kids here because they are the only office that honors Ahcccs and my kids love the glasses that they have gotten at Nation Wide. Donna is very knowledgeable and makes sure that customers are always happy with their glasses. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.
