I have used Nathan's A/C Services a couple times of the years. I have always had amazing service from them. I own and operate 3 bus of my own and they off the type of service we do. Which unfortunately, customer service is soooo far gone from businesses these days, it's a bit unbelievable. this particular service called a was handled by Eric (service tech) he was amazing. Called us to let us know he was on his way / took the time to get us dialed in (even though it's a temporary fix) & even called us the day after letting us know he found the needed parts to complete the repairs on our unit. Thanks to everyone at Nathan's A/C Services for such great service.

Our air conditioning went out and it was after hours but I was able to get in touch with someone quickly. They sent a technician out and he stayed till after 10 pm and got our air back up and running. These folks were amazing!!! Very professional! Very knowledgeable!

This is the second time Nathan's come to our rescue. The first time was 3 years ago. He even left a family party to come and help us for same day service. They told us we had an old unit (which needed to be replaced)but he changed out the compressor fan motor and fixed the problem to save the day for us, not to mention our wallet. It was a solid "temporary" fix. We were not prepared to replace the entire unit at the time. Now fast forward 3 years and our unit finally quit on us. Russ came out and took his time to try and find the problem. He didn't try and sell us a new unit right away. We decided to just get it replaced and Russ worked his magic and had it installed the very next day. We are very appreciative of the Honesty and Integrity this company has. Russ went above and beyond to help us stay cool!
