Mercury Air Conditioning & Heating

We love our desert life UNTIL our air conditioning stops working! We were referred to Mercury Air from friends who raved about their workmanship & professionalism. We now see why. The Tech came out immediately, assessed the situation and gave us our options. The office emailed us a very reasonable and fair quote. They arrived when scheduled with 3 of the most kind and respectful installers. When the day was done the site was cleared and cleaned up and our desert life was back in order with refreshing air-conditioning. Thank you Ron, Lori and Staff you guys are amazing!

Laurie who answered the phone was soooo helpful. I was out here by myself, it was 115 degrees and my AC broke. I was in total crisis panic mode . Laurie was kind, understanding and worked to her a technician out to me as soon as she could. I called back a few times with questions and Laurie was so patient with me and I am so grateful for that.

Once again Mercury heating and air conditioning came to our rescue. My wife had only been home one day after open heart surgery and while trying to relax in our living room I noticed that the temperature was rising noticeably. After checking the thermostat and seeing the temperature was 80 degrees, I knew we had a problem and this wasn't our rodeo with a failed AC unit. I immediately called Mercury and got ahold of a tech and explained the situation. He said I'm putting on my shirt and boots and heading your way.
