With the transitory nature of many companies here, it is a rarity in Lake Havasu City to find a business you can ALWAYS count on. We have owned our home here since 1969. Having working air conditioning isn't an option and Mercury will keep you up and running.A bonus ... if you would like to be treated like a valued consumer, talk to Lori. So refreshing and sadly unusual these days!
This place is amazing! Even when everyone else was saying NO this place said YES! After a week with no heat and no companies willing to come out due to the holiday this place was here same day, and fixed! They made time for us when no one else would! Amazing customer service, quick, and honest! Lori who works in the office was great!!! Thank you to you all for making this holiday even better!
