5 stars I was seen at exactly my appointment time by friendly and professional staff . I had 3 procedures done, and total time from check in to check out in office was ONLY 30 minutes. Astonishing to say the least! Way to go Lake Havasu Dermatology.
Loved the office and staff. Quick efficient and friendly.
Hated the online registration and all the prompts to do it. Even after I had done it all I kept getting prompts to do the pre registration. Will never use that service again. I will go into the office a few days ahead and do it there. No more interrupting my day repeatedly. I’ll do it on my schedule or not at all.
We highly recommend the Skin and Cancer Institute. Persephonie is thorough, patient, listens, and is super friendly! Her staff is great too. The waiting room is clean and has great music playing.
