I did a 3 day free trial and now I’m hooked. The staff and other members are so encouraging. Lorena worked out with me initially in case I needed assistance or had questions. The workouts are effective and fun! Since each workout is different, you are never bored. I highly recommend this gym!

I exercise avidly . . I looked up gyms gave this one a shot .it was a class and it was one of the best I've ever been to. I live in havasu part time cannot wait to get back in that gym .the two trainers I met were good instructors. I will speak highly of this gym . Clean too !!
