Wonderful getaway…. Like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The opening of the chakras, the breathing, and the hiking in such a breathtaking spiritual place. The laughter and the tears? I love healthy food and the presentation was beautiful.. I made many friends and my heart is shining brighter ❤️. Definitely feel growth in my yogi journey to help myself and others in the future.
Was in Phoenix visiting daughter and supposed to go home (Vancouver, WA.) on Christmas Eve. Flight to Portland was canceled and next direct flight wasn't available until 28th so we rented a Tesla and took a road trip and stayed in Lake Havasu. Did a drop in on Wednesday December 27th at this studio and was blessed with the healing powers of the owner. Wife really enjoyed the powers of what the owner shared by helping her get grounded- and when we left she noticed the renewed energy from just a few minutes with her after Yoga. Definitely will be back whenever we visit. Namaste' and much love ❤️ ? ?
I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 stars, you gotta have showers at a hot yoga class. My wife and I travel all over the country biking, hiking and finding new yoga places. The instructor was great and the instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable.
