The Sauna session at Body and Soul was so relaxing and was a great way to alleviate stress and tension. At one point during the sauna I felt so relaxed I got goosebumps. An experience I never knew I needed and now want to make a regular thing.

My first time going to Body And Soul… It was fabulous! Anna really paid attention to what I explained to her was important to focus on. She is small, but mighty! It is a very relaxing atmosphere. Nice and calm and quiet with a very serene vibe! Thank you, Corey… I can’t wait to see what is in store for the future!
