Today is my birthday and I treated my old bones to their 1st yoga lesson. Turns out I chose an advanced class, but Ben was kind and gentle to this rookie. He never made me feel disconnected from the group or like I had to keep up with the veterans. My classmates were kind and welcoming too which speaks to the type of people Ben attracts. I'm in!! You had me at downward dog! Thank you!!
Ben is a real YOGI and I loved his classes (Pilates and yoga) and community of friends. Ben's space is very charming, calming, has lake views, and his classes/flows are STRONG. Thank you Ben I can't wait to be back soon!!
A dear friend took me to Ben's class while visiting LHC. You will not be disappointed. Ben and all members of the class are so warm and welcoming. I did 4 classes in person during our trip and each was different and I could feel and see results. Now that we are back home (5 hours away) I can still enjoy Ben's classes via Zoom! If you are looking for an experienced yoga instructor in person or online, I highly recommend Ben Hicks Yoga!
