These folks responded immediately to our Home Warranty company with a first AM next day appt. Problem with our AC was diagnosed & processed same day with warranty company & parts ordered. When new compressor was recvd we were first AM for installation & repair. Technician & office personnel both very professional & responsive.

We had a very good experience with AAA Affordable Air. We put in a claim early on a Saturday morning through our home warranty company. We had a return call as soon as they opened. It was Mothers Day weekend and the nice lady with AAA said they could come out but she would like to give her staff a day off on Sunday. I totally agreed and we were scheduled for Monday morning. AAA showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new A/C. AAA worked with our warranty company on the replacement. Everything was handled and we were kept informed throughout the process. AAA Affordable was on time and did a great job!
