Rise only gets one star based on the experience I had working for them. The associates are great and clients as well. However, when it comes to management, you are a product of their business only. There is favoritism, gender discrimination, and do not hold up their promises. I was hired for 17 an hour and they have no problem knocking it down to 14hr without notice. They have broken several laws. I would advise new applicants to steer clear of this business.
Rise services Kingman group homes have turned into back-stabbing, back-biting, cliques as clients who run the show. Depending on who you are if you do one thing wrong you're fired or you can do nothing wrong. Instead of serving the residents everyone is self-serving there. There's very few good workers left because either they got fired because they're not part of the clique or they left because the atmosphere is so hostile.
