My key broke off inside my employer's door handle. I brought Northwest the handle as well as a spare key and they not only got the key out but also improved how the handle functioned and provided several better quality keys than the spare I brought in. They did all of this for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! We should all do more to support quality local businesses like Northwest.
Northwest Lock does great work. They helped me with a full home rekey and to see the contents of 2 safes I inherited. They are responsive, honest, skilled, and professional. I would use them again. Thanks to Steve and Zach for everything.
I just want to say that the owner and employees at Northwest Lock We're absolutely Amazing..... Just to make a very long story short I had to have a key fob cut I did not think it was going to be so inexpensive if I mustMust say it was cheap to have it cut and they explained in detail how toProgram that key to my car without charging me the $150 program fee... But that's not what I'm just absolutely amazed bye let me tell you Is my roommate forgot my wallet It was almost a quarter till 5 When I offered and pleaded an extra $10 on top of the $25 cut key to stay for 10 minutes...
