Last year they came out and got the flame sensor working fine throughout the season, however, I'm having the exact same problem again this year. I've tried calling them every single day for the past 2 weeks and never get through. I'm put on hold indefinitely, until the call just ends on its own after 15-20 mins.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. When you finally give them the same respect they have given you they block you. They came out to my house 5 times for the same problem. When we called them out a 6th time for the air still not working great, their tech Christopher Blanchet accused me of having a different company come out and mess with the system, he was sarcastic and when I said "it's barely 110" he said actually it is 112. I finally called them out on their mistreatment and instead of verbally telling me please no longer contact us, they blocked my number. They told my home warranty that I was harassing them. But gave me no communication. I do not recommend them to anyone. They have another company here on yelp which is where I put my first review- they claimed it wasn't the same company and requested I deleted it. I thought it was a different company and immediately apologized. It wasn't a different company. a/C pros website links directly to the other one. The ROC numbers are the same and everything.
Zero stars!!! The service from the Kingman office is terrible. The problem with our AC started April 24 and as of today, May 29, we are still trying to get the AC working, and it's a new one ACPros installed! First, they rarely answer their 928 phone number. They only have one place they advertise an 877 number, which is the one that I was able to get someone to answer. They left us without AC in the beginning of a hot summer in the AZ desert. They tell you they are working on your project, just to find out 4 days later that they aren't doing anything because unbeknownst to us we were supposed to be calling the home warranty for a part that we knew nothing about. They are rude and would not explain their process or what the delays were. They had us pay a total of $2600 to them for work not performed and refuse to return it. They would not give us a breakdown of the costs of what we were paying for. One lady even told my husband he didn't send them the money, he sent it to the home warranty. We have the receipt for payment from our bank directly to ACPros because they wouldn't do the work without it. We had to take our dogs to a hotel for a week, then had to purchase a $700 portable AC to come home & sleep in the living room for another 2 weeks. Once job was completed AC quit working one week later & they had us blocked & told the home warranty they won't work on our AC again. We keep good records and have every call documented so our attorney is prepared. I can say their technicians were great, worked hard and they were polite.
