I would give this place a 0 star ratting if I could. An elderly man fell earlier today leaving the bank and the security guard just watched him and laughed. Thankfully there was a good person who helped me get the elderly man up. The bank workers ended up coming out with a chair and calling for help but other than that they were just laughing and trying to save there asses.

Absolutely the worse bank in Kingman. I've had a business account opened in Vegas, but the branch here is rude and service friendly. Virtually impossible to get service let alone appointments. Go to Wells Fargo LW

This is a great bank. I was able to open an account during the most unsettling days of the CV-19 virus in 2020. I had to make an on line appointment, but the manager made herself available and gave me any assistance I needed to open the account. From the security guard to the tellers, this bank employs some of the most courteous people in America. Everyone is willing to help you and go the extra mile if you have a question or concern. In busy times, you may have to stand in line for a few extra minutes, but that is becoming the case with most business today.
