I called first thing this morning and they were out the same day. The office was very nice and helpful. Terry our technician was great and helped us with our questions and concerns.
Excellent workmanship and crew worked together like a well-oiled machine. Customer service is exceptional and the job was timely and professional from quote through post installation inspection. Highly recommend for all HVAC needs.
Tucker was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't waste any time finding the problem with my heat pump and getting it working again. I also appreciate his patience with me when answering my questions. I am also very happy that Arizona Sommers has a plan for seasonal maintenance. It gives me a piece of mind knowing that I already have appointments for checkups scheduled in April and November. Every experience I have had with them is the best of the best!
