The ONLY reason our home closed in a timely manner was because Bill and Tara and Gerry went above and beyond to work with us. We found out that our down payment assistance grant we were counting on ended, but they were patient and very responsive with our questions. Thank you so much!

Celeste gave me advice and walked me through the whole process.. I was probably super annoying with my questions and my doubts.. but she helped re assure me and help me into my first house
