I’m not usually one to leave a public review. Since this the only way to acknowledge great service for 3 out of 3 visits, I must tell somebody! So far, I’ve never had an issue with scheduling representatives or technicians. Their customer service displays a level of professionalism and wide knowledge of the HVAC systems. They are also kind and considerate individuals that consistently respond to requests in a timely manner and ensure that the customer is able to get scheduled in as soon as possible. We cannot recommend Mountain View Air Conditioning & Heating enough! Their services are exceptional. Their attention to detail is impressive. Their customer service experience is outstanding from start to finish. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Clearly, they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.
Excellent service! Chris from Mt View AC & Heating was an exceptionally polite, thoughtful young man and expert professional technician. I found a mini split ac unit leaking the day before expected guests were to arrive over Labor Day weekend. Amazingly Mt View AC & Heating came out and fixed it same day! They’re great! I’m so glad I found them this time and, if need be, will definitely use them again. Thanks Chris and Mt View AC & Heating!
