About a year ago I was having some terrible allergy symptoms and suspected it was due to a really bad rodent (mice) infestation in our attic. Julio came out, quickly found the access points and closed them up. He then worked hard to get us as quickly as possible on the schedule for an attic clean out, sanitation and new insulation. Once the new insulation was in my allergy symptoms cleared right up. All along the way Julio was a pleasure to work with - very professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Today he came out for a one year check and everything still looks great. I should mention that I’ve had serious rodent problems at a previous home in San Diego and it is always difficult to find a contractor with strong expertise in rodent exclusion and cleanup. The vast majority do nothing more than set and check traps. I can confidently recommend Julio as someone who really knows his stuff and can solve a rodent problem.
