I've been going to Desert Villa Dental for quite a few years now. Dr. Chao is great and his staff WAS wonderful. I say WAS because ever since his move to his new location it seems there are new staff personnel who neither don't return phone calls or don't seem to know what is going on. This is not the way to handle a business leaving clients frustrated to the extent of going to another dentist. I understand during these times it might be difficult to get and keep good help but to have this trend go on for an extended time is ridiculous.

First, have to give DR Chao credit, an excell dentist, as well as his dental staff, who attended me. After using this dental office since for apprx 15 years, we had to quit. Dental pricing is IMO beyond costs; have no insurance and had a front tooth pulled, priced at $503.00!!! Price incl a 5 min looksee, xrays approx $200.00 and $300.00 for the actual pull. Further, an appointment is usually an 25 minute wait plus another 30 mins in the chair for service. So moving on!
