I've been selling real estate in Anchorage, Alaska for the past 16 years. My wife and I decided to purchase a home in the Phoenix area. They were very responsive to our questions and did a great job giving us local advice regarding our real estate transaction/purchase. We were still living in Alaska during the building process and never saw the completed home until we did a walk-through a week before closing. Matt kept us updated on the process and sent pictures/videos for us to see. Another huge plus was Matt was at the pre-drywall inspection and did a great job following up to make sure the items that were missed were taken care of. Matt and Shalin provide not only the best all-around experience that you can find from a realtor team in the valley, but are honest, caring, and have your best interest's at heart.
