They were all very knowledgeable and I felt really cared about me learning to help me get through this. I learned a lot about things I should do to continue to get better and feel good. Thank you all.
I was referred here for low back pain. I immediately felt comfortable here. Staff was welcoming and prompt. Brooke was very knowledgeable and encouraging, as well as the rest of the staff. My symptoms improved dramatically after a few weeks. Will highly recommend
I have had a lot of physical therapy in Germany and Santa Fe, New Mexico, for the same back problem. I have never had such intense excellent therapy as in this location, STI Therapy & Rehab Division in Litchfield. Instead of getting simple massages on my lower back, and a few stretching exercises, that I have had in the past, Brittany explained how to achieve the real solution and goal to my problem. She put me on an intense excellent schedule to strengthen all my muscles around my back, my cores, glutes, leg muscles, etc. I was shown how to use my glutes, my cores and leg muscles to pick up objects, how to bend over correctly.
