I've seen Dr. Scherer for years . It's always been a positive experience. I see some negative reviews here about his receptionist. She's always been kind and welcoming with me. Also, I just called literally 15 minutes ago to schedule an annual physical, and she was so nice on the phone. two minutes after I hung up, I realized a conflict with my schedule and had to call her right back. I apologized for my stupidity, and she was nothing but kind and understanding.
I love this office and staff so much. He came highly recommended from a co-worker. Dr. Scherer is a smart man, and advocates on my behalf. He also holds me accountable for taking care of myself and doing the work. The front office staff is personable and so wonderful to schedule and while in the office. I trust them to see my son, and my mother. I would recommend them.
