As an independent technician with 16+ years experience, I have been servicing the West Valley and Phoenix metro area for the last 13 years. I have been through multiple outfits from small "mom and pop" shops to national corporations. I ascertained much training and many certifications, as well as the "Do's and Don'ts" of service. I DO NOT throw parts at repairs. I pride myself with the knowledge & ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot failures of components and locate the failed component whenever possible to produce EFFECTIVE repairs. This results in saving You hassle and $$$ all while avoiding weeks or months of waiting for repairs at the dealer. I'm attempting to bring back the "old-school" style of relationships and service.
