He’s come out two different times and both times have been great. Our cat peed on our couch recently and nothing we did was working (BISSELL was used). The smell continued to linger. Stephan came and cleaned the couch, which was basically good as new! We have two dogs and two cats. The rugs have also been through it and now look great. Highly recommend
