I’ve been a member at Litchfield Park OTF for a few years now and I still can’t get enough. The workouts are a mix of cardio and strength so I get everything done. It’s my favorite hour of the day: I show up and let someone else tell me what to do for the next hour the walk out feeling great. The coaches are always quick to offer encouragement and support and are knowledgeable with modifications to exercises so they’re accessible to any fitness level.
