My PCP was unfortunately unavailable for a sick visit. I was offered Gerald Bush as an alternative provider. I typically have great service at the Sun City office; however, I can not say the same about the goodyear office. Gerald has horrible bed side manner and is very demeaning and unprofessional, to say the least. I have never experienced an office visit where my concerns were not addressed. I am unsure how Optum Primary Care-4C has this type of provider. ”
The doctor here is awesome. The staff is very compassionate, but if you need something ordered, don't expect it to happen here. They are apparently over worked and will tell you they don't have time for their admin duties and whatever else. I have been trying to get them to order my wound care supplies for over 6 weeks now.
