The professionalism of the inspectors & valuable time, information & guidance they provided was so pivotal. It assisted me explain the thorough inspection summary report to my buyers. I also, greatly appreciate that a 2nd follow up inspection was provided at FREE of charge.NPI is fair & honest in providing best inspections for all parties involved.
They were able to get our inspection done in a timely manner. They did a thorough job with pictures to help explain and visualize the issues they found. The report was sent to us later that night. I am extremely pleased with the job they did for us.
