I love my water aerobics. I wish you could get approval to remove the ropes for one hour during our class . It's difficult for seniors with hip and knee problems to climb over or use the steps.
Lifetime has a lot of top tier amenities, and the spa is no exception. Every service I’ve gotten there has been amazing. Savannah is the best massage therapist I’ve seen in years. The spa is very clean and comfortable, and the prices are not any higher than other places, plus you can take your child to the child center!
Never been to a gym that big before it's really big and a lot of stuff to do there the lady that showed us around was nice and real helpful. They are a little pricey but well worth it.
