Love this store,,had an issue yesterday with online purchase and Sherry I think her name was, manager, very polite and professional those are 2 things that alot of places lack...good job
We give 5 stars to Audrey she is in the jewelry section. Wonderful person! We never felt pressure or rushed throughout the process of finding my upgraded wedding ring. We will for-sure be coming back to her for any of our future jewelry needs. IF YOU GUYS NEED SOMETHING FROM JEWELRY PLEASE GO TO HER YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Thank you Audrey :)
Shopped in the fine jewelry section spent a few hundred dollars and there was a clerk there by the name of Sharmaine who had helped me I can't really say help because she didn't do a whole heck of a lot but at the end of my purchase before she would give me my bag she was forcing me to do a customer survey.. it was almost like she was holding my purchase hostage until I did it.. she was not friendly just basically going through the motions and she told me that the store wants her to do those surveys if that's true that's wrong and she needs to learn some customer service skills
