There was a bit of a confusion and Hilgers ortho handled it better than the average orthodontist would. The office manager and Dr.Hilgers treated us to coffee and some Starbucks gift cards. They apologized so many times and walking out of that immaculate and very clean office, me and my father thought that we’d go there forever. They truly are not the average office with average customer service.Take your children, parents and whoever else needs braces there and they’ll come out and have the straightest teeth ever!!!!

Such an amazing office! We are here on vacation from Colorado and needed help with a wire for my daughter. They took us same day and fixed her pain. Highly recommend them. So helpful and nice. The office is bright and beautiful as well.

What a great experience! Dr. Mike and his staff are awesome. This is the 4th person in our family to get braces and it has been another great experience. The doctor and the tech were so gentle, kind and professional with my daughter. They took so much time to explain what they were doing and teach her how to properly care for her teeth while in braces. Additionally, all of the staff are so polite and friendly every time we walk in, and the office is always super clean with an upbeat and fun vibe. My kids have all felt very comfortable going to their appointments. A big thank you to this practice. We are so lucky to have you in our community!
