I've had so much fun, not only chatting with her and enjoying her company as she sculpts my gel nails, but also allowing her to introduce me to so many cool products, which she uses so well. She's really adept at picking up on a client's individual style and there's no shortage of awesome ideas that she has to keep things fresh and fun. I currently have gel cat eye nails (she manipulates the polish with a magnet and varies the design each time), which I love, and receive all sorts of compliments on. Even from men. It stood out to me because customer service is lacking these days but not here. Got an appointment a few days later. My stylist was Itzel. She was pretty, nice and professional. Easy to talk to.
