Took wife in for the first time. Not a good experience. Did not explain services so that we could understand the final result. Like the fact that what she had done did not include drying her hair at the end. I actually asked about and got a curt answer: "it's up on the board". Like: "stupid". I still don't understand and my wife has some dementia so neither does she. All of my previous experiences have been great.Service: Haircut
Great haircut, stylist went the extra mile to make sure her station was clean and to make sure I was happy with my haircut. Signed in online, got in soon after arriving. Pleasant experience, I’ll come back for sure.Service: Hairstyling
Service was fine. Based on the reviews, if you ask more than a simple hair cut, you may not get what you want. I was satisfied with my own cut but be wary if you want more than that. There's a reason why the haircuts are $18.
