I never write reviews. not my style, but I am really upset about the way I was treated here. I was in a coma with covid for two months, made it out alive. went to get my clothes and they had gotten rid of my clothes. No phone calls or letters. No remorse. I asked for a credit and sent emails with literally no response. They just don't care. Been using this place for about 6 years. This just isn't right

They cleaned a full length wool peacoat for me. They even got the blood out of it. Excellent job. But the silk liner of my jacket was stretched or something cause it hung longer than the coat and it hung out of the arms at the wrist.

So disappointed what happened to this place. Ok so we used to use/pre pay pre pandemic every week for my husband's dry cleaning. Now they don't require prepay, but this is the 2nd time Overcharged and staff acted like they did me a favor correcting. I did reach out to business owner and no response. 1st drop accidentally tried to charge for coat cleaning, no coat, no itemization of bill, we knew price was way off, they corrected. Last week I picked up 5 shirts laundry only not drive cleaning, again picked up price seemed way off, they charged 3 laundry, 2 dry clean. All shirts were put in as laundry.
