Average Joe aside, all of the employees, from administrative to all the techs that have done all our work over the past year have been kind, thorough, generous, timely, and most importantly, extremely good at what they do.
They communicate clearly, they don’t swamp me with calls, texts, emails or carrier pigeons - just enough to gently remind me that someone is coming to help.

Top-notch, superb customer service! We've seen all the Parker & Sons trucks and read the reviews. Inaugural customer, sign up was just clicks of a mouse, and two days later, the technician shows up. Ping was amazing, took really good care of us, made some minor upgrades to the system and put us on an affordable yearly plan.
