We had Zerorez clean our furniture. Luis was punctual, professional, and worked diligently. When finished and asked if I was satisfied, I did notice a few spots that needed cleaned again. Luis was pleasant about it and thoroughly cleaned the spots without hesitation. He made it clear that he wanted to make sure we were satisfied.
