“Came to a class here and it was so fun and different! Love and light and lasers.... a very different experience than your usual mindfulness drowsy ommmmm yoga experience. Not to hate on that type of yoga or anything because it's definitely got its place too, but as a non yogi who tends to get bored in yoga classes but appreciates the stretching and exercise, this class was awesome.It's high energy, upbeat, with fun and loud music, great instructors, and movements for a wide range of yogis, from beginners to those who are more advanced. “I look forward to going to Patti’s Silver Sneakers class at least twice a week ( and sometimes more!) The class is flexibly structured to meet the mobility needs of a wide range of seniors. Patti leads us in exercises ( to our favorite tunes) focusing on agility, balance, strength, stretching, and relaxation- to name a few. There is a “social club” atmosphere in that she encourages us to reach out and make new friends. She is dedicated and compassionate.“
“This gym is great! I've never had any problems with the staff or trainers. The STUDIO RED classes are great! I usually don't go during peak hours, so I can't speak for how busy it may be, but I've always been able to jump on a treadmill or elliptical!“

“I’m still new to this gym, but it has been my favorite I’ve been to in years! There are plenty of machines and amenities. The workout classes are so much fun, I especially love the Zumba instructors. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been friendly and helpful. I recently signed up for personal training and the director is friendly and helpful. I signed up for this gym after a day trial at EOS, and I can say that LA fitness is much better and less crowded!“

“Just joined. OK, management. OK, sales staff. Clean club. Clean showers, hot tub, and pool. Just (4) stars, however; because another member left his cell phone (alone) to "save" a piece of equipment. He walked to the free-weight section to do sets there. What, it is his gym? I told management, and they did not approach him.“

“Great gym with friendly staff and members. Never have had any trouble with the front desk, trainers or other staff. (Members? Well, you get what you put out there.) Abundant machines, weights and classes. However, it wouldn't be a bad idea to offer new members a short orientation on gym etiquette, such as putting their weights away, not camping on machines while distacted on their cell phones, not working out directly in front of free-weight racks (inhibiting access to others), and to wipe down their machines if they've left them sweaty. Facility is clean and well maintained; always see the crew working at keeping it that way. Good experience overall.“
