59th/Peoria- I've faced issues with online/paperwork duplication, long wait times, no acknowledgment from receptionist, appointment delays, including one due to an early closure for July 4 weekend. Unsubscribing from marketing communications was also challenging. I admit not all Western Dentals are bad. Luckily, my workplace now offers on-site dental care, which is more convenient for me.

I Am Absolutely In Love With Everyone At This Dentist Office!!! Everyone Is Kind And Super professional, Empathetic To Our Needs, Caring And Gentle.My AMAZING Team Was Cara And Dr. Wong They Totally Restored My Faith In Dentistry. I was very nervous and my anxiety was through the roof but they made me feel so comfortable that in got lost in the music and forgot about the rest.Also Courtney and Caitlin at the front desk was equally AMAZING!! I would highly recommend western dental! I came in initially with a budget in mind and a huge amount anxiety. After speaking with the two front desk ladies Damaris and Kortney not only did I leave with less out of pocket expense than expected I was given payment options well to boot. Not only did they truly act like they cared but made me feel super comfortable and as of today I have four less wisdom teeth in my mouth thanks to those two ladies and the amazing dentust!
