Tide Cleaners employees were courteous and helpful. I received an email from them informing me that my comforter was done earlier than expected. I picked up my comforter and the employee carried it to the car for me. I was given EXELLENT customer service.

Excellent service! I was in town on a Monday, had a wedding on Wednesday. I called to confirm what services they offered. I was told if brought in before 9AM they could have it available same-day, and if it was after they could have it done the following day by 5pm. The individual on the phone was pleasant to speak to and was helpful. I brought a blazer and three button down shirts before 9AM. They had everything done by 4PM and offered me 20% off as a first time customer. If I am ever in town or an area that offers Tide Cleaners dry cleaning services, I will be going to them first. Thank you!
P.S - the clothes I had dry-cleaned looked great!
