I had ordered the flowers to be delivered to Virginia Beach which is supposedly where they're located and they could not deliver? Sarah quick to charge my card but took forever to get the credit

This is the type of florist most people fear. I paid over $80 for a premium arrangement. I ordered this for a friend and then for myself. I am embarrassed if the Happy Face Emoji arrangement looked like the one I received. I told them (FTD) that the florist could come back and pick up their pathetic arrangement. I just posted a 3rd pic of the arrangement, not even 24 hours later and flowers are dying. FTD refunded my money. Never again. I will go to Costco for my future flowers. At least you know what you're getting.

Ordered online from out of town for my friend. Ordered at 9:15am for same day delivery and by 6pm hasn’t arrived. Didn’t get a call text or email letting me know of a delay. Just charged my account. Don’t recommend.
