Took my daughter to get a silk press, and when I say there's nothing silk about it I mean that!!! I was so mad yesterday...I wanted to say something and go off but I didn't want my daughter to see me doing a lot...I just paid and made a joke and went to find someone else's shop but everyone was pretty much booked this pic is today (the next morning) and she hasn't even showered yet for it to look like this. We will never go back to this place, ever!

My mom and I absolutely adore Todd! I have been to really expensive salons in Scottsdale, even ones that have pictures of them doing ‘A lister’s’ hair on their website. I have been disappointed with every single salon experience in my life, except with Todd. Before Todd (BT, lol), I would just trim or cut my own hair. One day, my mom invited me to this location to get a deep conditioning treatment. I was hesitant, but I agreed to go. Been to this salon for years, always went with Erin, she's amazing! Just super sad she is no longer working there. I don't know if I will be back, wish I had her new info. Edit as of 4/02/2022. Had an appointment with Quentin, my hair came out horrible! They didn’t even know what toner was or had it in the salon. What stylist doesn’t know what that is! They wanted to but color over my hair which one the bleach was super splotchy and didn’t even lift on areas that was barley added. I told him he needs to fix it and I’m not wanting to pay. He said no because he’s wasting his time. Excuse me for you making my hair look awful and you needing to fix YOUr mistake....read full review
