From checking in to the hotel to dining in the main lobby, This Hotel is Amazing. Dexter at the front desk is very helpful and courteous and gives a lot of helpful tips and very knowledgeable. The Hotel is placed in the right spot in the heart of the entertainment district. Dinner at Desert Sage was amazing
Had early breakfast yesterday and our server Sharon was the sweetest absolutely hardest worker she was so attentive and kind we had everything we needed and more! Thank you Sharon for the absolute great service you made our stay and time even better then it already was! Love this hotel and the staff, if you go eat ask for Sharon you don't be disappointed ❤️ thank you again Sharon!!!
I have attended many conferences in my career and Ludeuina at the conference center at the Renaissance Glendale Hotel &Spa was one of the friendliest servers I’ve ever had. She made sure everyone had what they needed for every meal and engaged with the participants with a smile. You can tell she loves her job! Super friendly and amazing customer service!
Food & drinks: The food was great and Kudos to Chef Mary! Loved the Salmon!
