I wanted to try a new company that focuses on the northwest valley. These guys are experts in their field and I wouldn't hesitate to call them out again. Their professionalism exceeded my expectations, from setting up my appointment with Reuben for next day service to the knowledgeable tech they sent out. Bill called me when enroute to provide an ETA and made sure I understood everything he was troubleshooting. He explained in detail the repairs needed vs recommended for preventative maintenance! Don and his crew are great. He installed a split unit in our garage 2 days after we called, and it would have been the next day if we hadn't had other plans. We also had our ducts and dryer vents cleaned. Again, the guys were super nice and professional. I will be using them when it is time for our next a/c unit.
