My mom went for a check up and she came out of there crying. DR. MERCHANT WAS HORRRRRRRIBLE TO HER. Made her feel so low she is traumatized by her experience. She is having trouble trusting a Dr because of this so called Dr. Does not even deserve 1 star.

Dr floyd is nice but the front office person was on her phone while I stood there and waited. My insurance was not attached to me and they told me that they wouldn't attach the insurance till next appointment, I told them that was why I called it in early and they needed to conect it for today's appointment. My prescriptions were never called in and nothing was sent over to the Dr that requested the info.The office looks awful, there are stickers or boarders that have been partially ripped off the wall.

This is one of the locations where Khoa Pham NP works out of, he’s a great NP and I highly recommend him. However, the facility has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Totally unprofessional and rude, particularly the receptionist. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but she returns from lunch 15 minutes late, leisurely opens her workstation, and then received me with an attitude, no good afternoon, may I help you, sir, just an attitude. She completely ignored my questions, spoke over me, and simply refused to listen to what I had to say. I do not recommend this facility and definitely will not go back.
